I definitely prefer being able to speak to an operator, as the app will tell you it as a driver tell you the estimated time of arrival and then this disappears if they are busy. It can then take much longer to get another one and you have no idea how long your journey will take. This is very frustrating, as the reason I would use a cab is to try and speed up the journey. It can be useful and at other times works well - no replacement for though! ### 1/5 — Apple Pay is 50/50 *2025-08-19, version 3.19.0* This app rarely takes Apple Pay which means you have to call and they send a link my message. I love to talk.. and all the drivers are engaging.. :.
