Not sure what is going on,but it’s impossible to log in,just use your browser to do it

Takes ages to load, then error message after error message when trying to use the menus. Just stick to the web login via your browser

Good luck logging in! A new one on the way apparently. BrightPay Cloud which is the same one that you can access using your browser, which works great.

Just keeps loading until eventually an error message pops up  telling you to contact the developments team, but then there is no way to contact anybody via the app. I see everybody is having the issue? Will it ever be fixed? I just want my payslips!

Never works. Send you a message to say you have a payslip. Have to wait a week to be able to login. Waste of storage on my phone.

Signed up on web, all good. Downloaded the app and signed in using the same details - no go. App failed to load data. Tired again - second time it loaded my name at the top of the screen but failed to load docs - told me u had an internet connection problem ( I didn’t! ) and to try again. Third time it finally loaded my pay slip in. Loading times are awful - long spinners.

For an app that asks so many times if you’d like to remain logged in, it’s really frustrating when, EVERY TIME I launch the app, I have to sign in again…
