A rep called me on 9/4 and asked for my full SSN, DOB and address for my financial information purposes and I answered everything. It will not let me login. I have mentioned this to. I don’t know how many customer service reps as well as IT people been told several IT tickets have been created, but yet nothing seems to be fixed.
