No hotel information whatsoever. This app is just…a garbage. ### 2/5 — Failed to search *2025-01-20* I can’t search the hotel during mainland china 🥵 ### 1/5 — Not so brilliant *2024-12-17, version 1.0.11* Don’t expect too much from Langham loyalty. Despite staying at there hotels frequently throughout Asia over the last 10 years - they still don’t acknowledge my loyalty. These so called loyalty programme are not about loyalty but about your recent spend at the hotels. It is not ever about loyalty over the longer term. The so called loyalty rewards are too difficult for the average guest to achieve. They are only looking at the corporate accounts and don’t care much about other guests. Whilst the properties are generally ok they are often more expensive than competitors for a similar product. I often wonder why I choose to stay at there hotels. ### 3/5 — Add to wallet *2024-11-03, version 1.0.9* Hi the add to wallet function is not working, in able to add to apple wallet comes up with an error. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Hard use and not many benefits *2024-05-29, version 1.0.5* There last loyalty program was not good but this is not much better ### 1/5 — Fuming - what loyalty?! *2024-04-20, version 1.0.5* After spending a year staying at Langham hotels my rewards status is lost at a moments notice. Replaced with this, nothing brilliant about it. The rewards are utterly uninspiring and difficult to obtain. ### 1/5 — App glitching no good for Canada *2024-02-28* Keep glitching it keeps giving you error messages. It says it's not available in Canada when you try to put in your username and password it says no OTP found tried to contact support.
