Plus they took away the option to download content to watch offline. Bummer!! New isn’t always better, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it! ### 2/5 — New app is VERY disappointing *2026-06-29, version 9.16.7* The new app is so much more difficult to work with than the old Brilliant TV. It shouldn’t be necessary to have to take training sessions to be able to cope with the app! It is also very, very hard to sign into this app. I’m a Premium Member, and have been connected with Brilliant TV from the beginning, but now the record of all of the different teachings and videos that I’ve watched in the past have been lost after this app was implemented. It’s very challenging to find and identify what I need. This app has NOT simplified anything, it has actually made everything more complicated and difficult. I love Graham Cooke and his messages, but, unfortunately, this app is distressing to work with. ### 2/5 — Setting issues *2024-10-05, version 9.13.1* Hi customer service! I just signed for a free trial because I am mainly interested in the sleep portions of the app. Two things: 1) looping is not working and when you press on the arrow it doesn't show if loop is on or off. Unfortunately, it doesn't loop anyway. 2) to use the app for sleep, l have to leave my phone open draining the battery and keeping light on while trying to sleep. Is there a setting that allows users to close phone and listen to Graham in the background? ### 2/5 — Brilliant Content, But… *2022-10-07, version 8.0.11* I am a “Lifelong Member” having paid some extra for this incredible coaching concept and access to Awesome teachings by a man I have greatest respect for. Unfortunately after the latest upgrade to the new look, the following functionalities are sadly gone. I therefore have no other option but to rate this app down considerably as I am (now) a very frustrated user: * No more ability to download videos for offline viewing. * No more ability to minimize / listen in the background whilst using other apps. These are MAJOR changes that should never have been allowed. Lastly a suggestion: Why not make the teachings available in MP3 audio format also? Most people simply listen and do not need the video. At least most of the time. This will also safe much space if and when you allow your paid members to again download for offline use. ### 3/5 — Brilliant content - please refine the app *2025-05-20, version 9.13.4* Grame Cooke and team Brilliant never cease to provide life changing, inspired truths about the nature of God and His love toward us. We’ve been listening to this ministry for the past 10 Years. I would just offer encouragement to continue to refine the app as the view screen is often not fitting my phone screen. Many of the interactive daily routines and challenges are not sized correctly, preventing me from participating in the daily challenges. Only about 50% of recordings reliably play when phone is locked. This is a key missing feature! ### 3/5 — New App Issues *2022-08-18, version 8.0.3* Content is great when you can get to what was there before but cannot get to several features in the new app. Font overlaps with comments. No place to adjust settings, at least on an iPad. Cannot see all episodes when you do find them. Either a lot is missing or the app has bugs. Missing features: my saved episodes. Libraries that were saved. Links to the activations. Hopefully will be fixed soon. 😟 ### 3/5 — Praying with God. *2021-10-24, version 7.205.1* Hi, I am absolutely thrilled with my discovery of Brilliant TV. Thank you so much for all your meticulous work in putting this program with all the aspects you handle together. I am, however, still not sure how to navigate through the various series - particularly the one I’m endeavouring to study systematically, Praying with God. I’m finding it difficult to start at rhe beginning and then go onto the next one in sequence. Instead, I’m bouncing around from the introduction to episode 3 then episode 6 is on a list that pops up and I can’t find 4 or 5. I’m sure it’s my lack of technical skill which will develop as I continue to browse, but I am a bit frustrated right now. But hey, this is a Brilliant tool and I’m soooo glad I’ve found it. You hear all the time that you should lay everything at Jesus’s feet, but nobody ever tells you how it’s done. Here at Brilliant they teach you about such things and more.
