### 1/5 — Poor combination of app & hardware

As an early adopter (15+ mo. ago) I tried giving my lock every chance and patiently waited as the app evolved.  I’ve yet to see any improvements.  It’s ability to successfully recognize and respond when I approach has never been better than 40%.  It’s constantly loosing connection and as a result the battery life is short- fresh set of batteries every 3 weeks.  So this will be my last review on it as I’ve given up on this lock and the app.  I am replacing it with a more reliable numbered electric lock.  It’s been a $150 waste, but a valuable learning lesson.

The given keys were working until last week when nobody I had given access to could get in.

I emailed the support email and now 48 hours later I have had no help and still nobody can get in!!

I saw Brilong Lock at CES and even compare to Kwikset this product is much easier to use. Has a lot features, two factor authentication and very easy key sharing mechanism.
