## What is Brim?

Creatine is not a painkiller. It does not work on the day you take it — it works by saturation. Your muscle stores fill up over weeks and drain again when you stop. Brim turns that into one number you can actually watch.

YOUR SATURATION, NOT A STREAK
The number rises on the days you dose and falls on the days you miss, by roughly one to two percent a day. It is not a counter that resets to zero to punish you. It is an estimate of where your muscle creatine actually stands, from a model fitted to the published research — which means a missed day costs you exactly what it costs you, no more.
