Doesn’t really work, just seems flakey

It’s impossible to set up a PAYG account without starting a membership. Have tried phone, web and the app and it’s impossible to register on a pay as you go basis. Waste of time

Trying to set up a new account and get to the point where I’m required to enter an email address but the app keeps insisting it isn’t valid when it clearly is. I’ve even cut and pasted my email address from a previously received email and it still insists it is invalid.

I don’t want to join Brimhams I only want to book the class I have been going to for 6 months. I’m willing to use the app but it keeps wanting me to join Brimhams. I only want to book and pay for this weeks session.

Do not seem to be able to book exercise classes without joining. However, all membership options require a subscription whereas currently classes are pay as you go
