## What is Brimora?

Published food lists disagree with each other, and almost none of them tell you where their numbers came from. Brimora shows the measured value for a food, the range different studies report, and a link to the paper — so you can check it instead of trusting it.

MEASURED VALUES, NOT TRAFFIC LIGHTS
Look up a food and see milligrams per 100 g, plus what your actual portion works out to. Where studies disagree — and for some foods they disagree by a factor of ten — you see the full reported range rather than one number pretending to be settled.

EVERY FIGURE CARRIES ITS SOURCE
Each value shows the study behind it, the quoted line it came from, and a link you can open. The data is drawn from peer-reviewed, openly licensed research, not from copied consensus charts.

HISTAMINE AND OXALATE IN ONE PLACE
If you are avoiding both, you have been cross-referencing two lists by hand. Brimora shows both figures for a food side by side, and can filter for foods that are low in both.

LOG IN ONE TAP
Recent and favourite foods are one tap. Log a meal, log how you felt, and get on with your day — logging that takes a minute is logging you stop doing by week two.

FIND YOUR OWN PATTERNS
Reactions often show up hours later, which is why a same-day food diary rarely explains anything. Brimora looks at what you ate 0-6, 6-24 and 24-72 hours before a symptom, and surfaces what keeps recurring.

BUILD A PERSONAL TOLERANCE PICTURE
Published thresholds vary enormously between people. Over time Brimora learns what your own log actually shows, so the app stops being a generic list and starts being about you.

Export a clear summary of your foods, symptoms and timing — the thing that is hard to reconstruct from memory in a ten-minute consultation.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No account, no sign-up. Your logs stay on your iPhone. Nothing you eat or feel is uploaded to a Brimora server, because there is no Brimora server holding it.

Food lookup, the sources, and basic logging are free and stay free. Brimora Premium adds unlimited history, the delayed-correlation analysis, personal tolerance, filtering across both compounds and the export.
