Cabins next to the one they booked are already booked so I just want to see what cabins that are available are nearest to them. Basically an impossible task. You can’t view anything in this app unless you pay for a ride pass upfront? Website lists the cabins and states what trail they are next to, but no map with those trail numbers seems to exist nor do any maps seem to be available to view that show cabin locations either. It’s almost like they want to lose business on purpose? Many people go in groups to ride. Seems like common sense to include a map or graphic to make booking nearby properties simple. Not worth downloading. ### 1/5 — Can’t link new phone *2021-07-12* Just bought a new riding permit and tried to log in with a new phone and I get an error that I’m linked to another phone and so you wish to link to new one? I tap on YES and it keeps repeating the same error. Called the office and they said uninstall & reinstall it. I did still the same thing! I’m not the only one that changes phones! ### 1/5 — Junk *2021-05-26* If you go to Brimstone, be sure to get a printed map as app doesn’t work. After I paid for 2 2-day riding permits at the Brimstone office, I never could log in to app and get it to work even after multiple tries. As another reviewer said, “Waste of time.” ### 1/5 — Didn’t work for me *2019-05-04* I purchased my yearly permit online and it won’t let me use it. I enter my name and birth date & it says invalid. Planned to come ride and was going to plan my trip and app provides no information until you buy a permit. Just downloaded Windrock’s app. Based on the apps, I know where I’ll ride this summer ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time! *2018-12-26* First, to access the map, you need to buy a permit. Which is fine, cause I bought one to ride. I go back to the app, enter my information as it prompted, and it didn’t work. The order rider was able to log in. While using the app, the map needs improvement. I wish it was interactive and showed where on the map you are located to find your way around. You’re better off buying the map at Brimstone when checking in. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2016-09-26* First off u much buy a permit to access app. I went to brimstone rented the LRV and went to get a map at checkin they reminded me about the app so I wouldn't need one. Well I should have got the map. Launch the app and it immediately closes. With or without service. Total garbage!! iPhone 6 with iOS 10.
