The Bring app makes it easy to track, collect, and return parcels. Register with your mobile number and email address and follow your parcel's journey on its way to you, delivered by Bring. You can also add parcels manually. With the Bring app, you'll receive notifications when the parcels are on their way to your home and ready to be picked up. You can also use the app to collect and return your parcels in Bring's parcel box. We continuously develop and update the app to make it work as efficiently as possible for you. Det ena efter det andra gör att man inte kan varken spåra eller hämta ut paket… ### 1/5 — So terrible I’m forced to leave a review *2026-02-14* WHERE DO I EVEN START The delivery failed without any attempt at contact or any reason why. Then they force you to use the app just to be able to see the pickup location of the package. Then of course you have to make an account! When making an account you can register with the sketchiest looking 3rd parties or use phone number and email. Phone number is only for a few countries. Guess what, that’s not an options for me! The package was supposed to be a surprise for the recipient so I had to ruin it to ask to use their phone number and be sent the verification code. Tried 10 times and the code never sends. HOW DO I GET MY PACKAGE!! All this just to find the pickup location?? Come on. ### 1/5 — Forced you to use the app and authentication services you never heard of *2025-12-11* Title says it all. You will hate them within ten seconds after trying to use this. BankID please!!!!! ### 3/5 — Frustrerande *2025-09-23, version 7.13.3* Frustrerande att appen inte sparar tillagd information kring leveransuppgifter (portkod, våning och bostadstyp) - så fort jag lagt till dom försvinner dom och det får mig att undra om informationen verkligen går fram till de som behöver den och om mitt paket kommer kunna levereras. En annan grej som är frustrerande är att jag inte kan ge feedback direkt i appen utan att behöva ladda ner ”iOS mail” appen - jag använder gmail appen så låt mig ge feedback antingen via ett enkelt formulär i appen eller via mitt val av email-app. Annars är jag nöjd med appen! Bra information! ### 1/5 — Poor Service *2025-09-16* I see in the updates that it failed to deliver because address was incomplete. No way to update the address and they don’t even call. Then I randomly see that’s it been dropped off at a pick up point without having received any notification about it. ### 1/5 — What makes you think you can force me to create an account so I can track my package? *2025-06-09, version 7.9.13* No, I don’t want to create an account. Almost every other parcel delivery company has tracking without the need to create an account, including Bring last time I used it. I’ve been using Instabox for years and they’ve never asked me to download an app or make an account with them. I’ll stick to using them in the future and avoid Bring when given the choice. ### 1/5 — Forced to use app for basic functions *2025-05-15* Bring forces you to use this app to manage your packages, when that could all just be part of the website. Furthermore, they require you to create an account, which in particular requires a phone number, which additionally has to be from one of a few countries. This makes certain package management operations impossible for me. ### 1/5 — Only allows certain area codes *2025-01-16, version 7.7.7* The app only accepts (+45)-(+47) area codes which makes it impossible to track parcels if you have a different area code. ### 1/5 — Tvungen att ladda ner för att hämta leveranser *2025-01-03* Jag tvingades ladda ner den här appen för att kunna öppna paketskåpet för att hämta upp min leverans. Dessutom går det inte att använda appen utan att skapa ett Bring konto. ### 1/5 — Bring locked my parcel *2024-12-20, version 7.7.5* Ordered a game from a Finnish electronics retailer as a gift for a friend. Earlier, it was delivered by post. Now, I got an email link to this app, saying that for “GDPR reasons” I need to register to the app to see where my parcel can be picked up. Well, the app only accepts phone numbers from Sweden and some other countries. So I have no way to register, or to find where they delivered my parcel.
