It opens Google Maps to an area CLOSE but not the given address. So if it’s 123 Mains St, USA it will take you to 100-200 Main St, USA. Calls will take me across the county while there are open drivers closer to them. This app is inefficient and clumsy. It won’t even rotate sideways but will when you type?

After using this app for two years finally got a new iPhone 15 Pro Max because my battery on my other phone wouldn’t last the entire shift. Now my battery goes from 98% to 30% before I get off work after a five hour shift. AT&T store says y’all have not optimized the app for the new processor on the iPhone 15. I have to use this app for work. Please fix it so it doesn’t drain my battery every day. If I have to start plugging it in while I use it then that’s just gonna kill my battery life!

Nothing works the way it should, always lagging and catching some glitches, killing battery and have most useless algorithms. Exp. I have 5 packages for customer. Its already ready to be delivered. App will sent me 5 separate times and wont be able to scan, sigh, check in or out a single time from first attempt ! 🤮🤮🤮🤮 Even 1 star is too good for it.

There needs to be a feature where we can leave notes for the next driver who has the displeasure of doing an order for someone who lives somewhere that has no descriptors, confusing layout, and/or no gate code in notes. I also hate how the “phone numbers” in the order screen isn’t even the customers phone number. Like instead of coding the phone number to show there, it’s just a random number generator. It’s really frustrating. This app has a lot to improve on.

This new update is terrible. Been using this 40+ hours a week for almost 3 years and this coordinates update is a huge failure. I get the drop off locations can be miles away from the actual written address. We shouldn’t have to check and manually put them in to google maps EVERY time. It’s wasting my time which is messing with how much I earn. Not a good look.

This app is the worst at routing stops. Too many loops, ups and downs, and and having stops next to each other being done at separate times. That absolutely makes no sense. I have to keep rearrange every single time. The app thinks the duration is accurate but it isn’t. I finish later than what it says. Terrible app for routing.

Some time you keep on getting the jobs but the app will display as start your shift . Even though you will be keep on the doing jobs back to back .
Another fault is you complete the job and you don’t get any job for a long time if you go back to check it in the history it will say you’re still on the last job as it’s not finished

work while only gets paid 68$ for the route more than 5 stops whats the point if the 68$ will be used for gas to deliver the package basically they want people to work for free no gas just 68$ there messed up
