When trying to add multiple people or food items it consistently freezes after the third or 4th item then closes. I sent links to the sign up sheet and neither person was able to see it once they downloaded the app. I checked my settings and they were fine, all were set to allow others to view/add/edit etc. I sent a different sign up sheet and again neither was able to view. These were not elderly people, they were under 30 and tech savvy. I love everything about the app, the idea, the color coded categories, the ease of adding/changing/deleting…just a few kinks fixed and it would be amazing. ### 2/5 — I really wish it worked better *2024-11-01* I really need this app because I am hosting thanksgiving this year. It freezes my screen and if I go out of the app to see if it unfreezes it resets my progress. All of the sudden, it’s not working. It’s not allowing me to create an event without crashing every two minutes (or less!) and there’s no way to save along the way, so all work (and energy and time) is completely wasted. Great app !! ### 5/5 — Need Time Zone Option *2023-12-04* Love this app! It’s great for organizing my large family get-to-gather at Christmas time. I did run into a slight problem this year since I moved. I live in the Eastern time zone while many of my family live in the Central time zone. When I set up the event it goes by my time zone and shows everyone in the Central time zone the wrong start and end time. I have to adjust for the hour change. I believe adding a time zone option would eliminate the issue. Thanks for the consideration! ### 5/5 — Love this app *2022-11-17* It is user friendly. My friends loved it too. ### 5/5 — Good app for basic group planning *2022-05-16* This is great for basic group planning, with the ability to categorize items for sign up. It would be helpful to have an option to sync with your calendar, search for location address while typing address or location name, and an option to integrate with different types of map apps. ### 5/5 — So helpful *2021-10-21* This app is so helpful for organizing get togethers. A group of us use it to plan tailgating events for football and it’s awesome. I can copy an event to get the repetitive stuff copied over to the next game and then add in any new stuff. I can easily see who is bringing what and what remains to be assigned to someone. We used to always forget things when we did this via text or email or have to scroll around to find if someone had something. And we can create the next event anytime so when we’re at a game and someone says “oh we should do this next time” we copy the event to a new one and add the new suggestion and it won’t be forgotten! It's very intuitive and easy to use. I'm using it to organize almost everything.
