This means it’ll closer to 3 months till I actually receive my order. After several emails back and forth and getting very generic responses back - they said due to sheer volume they haven’t been able to process my order. Yet they are continuing to implement free shipping promos and now a permanent offering without actually catching up on their delayed orders. No care for their customers, no need for them to try get your goods to you in a reasonable timeframe. They already got my money for the order. No, even just 2 years ago, this place was actually reliable. Since it’s impossible to buy official Korean products overseas, this was the only place I could use for proxy purchases, and I didn’t have to bother friends or family traveling to Korea. I even tolerated the constant price increases and extra fees. But now, I can no longer trust this service. I purchased an item and waited over 2 weeks, only to see the status stuck on “Korea first shipment in progress.” The item wasn’t even out of stock. So are customers now expected to wait over two weeks just for the first domestic shipping, then several more weeks for packing, then even more weeks for international delivery? In the end, are we supposed to wait almost 3 months for a single product? I tried contacting support, but all I ever received were the same automated responses. I also noticed that when other customers left negative reviews, the company replied with the copy-pasted auto replies. If you are going to raise prices and charge extra fees, shouldn’t you at least improve the service or hire more staff? Right now, this feels like outright disrespect toward customers. Honestly, I have lost all trust in this service, and I will not be using it again. Extremely disappointing. ### 1/5 — 그냥 다 별로.. *2025-09-05, version 3.1.10* 앱 진짜 너무 느리고 ux/ui 최악이고 찜해놓는 기능도 없어서 살 때 마다 다시 검색해서 찾아야함.. 그리고 도대체가 뭐가 문젠건지 뭐 검색해서 들어가면 거의 대부분 현재 서비스 접속이 불가하다고 뜸ㅋㅋㅋ 뭘 사라는 건지 말라는 건지.. 예전엔 안 그랬던 거 같은데 최근들어 너무 심해서 뭘 검색할 수가 없음 진짜 시간대 바꿔가며 똑같은 거 검색해봐도 계속 서비스 접속 불가 뜸ㅋㅋㅋ 딴 거 누르면 또 저거 뜨고 또 딴 거 누르면 또 저거 뜨고 어쩌란거임..? ### 1/5 — 서비스 최악 slow as *2025-09-01, version 3.1.8* 고객센터는 왜 있는건가요? 문의 남긴거에 한번도 답을 받아본적이 없네요. 큰물품들은 배송대행 쓰려고 한국내 배송 보내면 3-4주가 지나도 오더가 안들어가네요, 다들 배송 2-3일만에 받는곳에서 시켰는데 확인해보니까 주문 자체가 안됬더라고요. Never responds to enquires and process is way to slow. Used it for good few years now, but deleting the app now. 진짜 개비추 ### 3/5 — Gone Bad *2025-08-27* BringKo used to offer pretty quick processing/shipping at a reasonable fee and I enjoyed their service for a good maybe two years. These past few months with the US gov’s announcement to end De Minimis exemption, they went downhill very badly. I’m still looking at 10 out of 10 items in my order stuck in pending domestic shipping for more than 40 days, with no explanation for the delay. I emailed their customer service once, they replied they’re busy but working on it. I emailed a week later to see if my order is eligible to cancel since my trip is coming up and it’s guaranteed I won’t be able to receive it on time, they ignored. It is my guess that they’re probably receiving a lot of similar inquiries as they just posted a pop-up announcement saying they’ll come up with appropriate measures to compensate the extra custom duties due to their delay. The new custom duties are applied to all overseas exporters and it is understandable that they’re processing more orders than usual, but not everyone is so irresponsible with updating their customers of their order status like this. Hope you all save your time and money. In the past, they used to send email updates when there were delays, but now there’s no communication at all. I even had to cancel my orders three times this year because they were so delayed. I placed an order two weeks ago, and the status still shows “in delivery within Korea,” which is impossible — domestic Korean shipping takes 1–3 days at most. Something is clearly wrong. When I contacted support, I was told they haven’t even been able to place the order because of “internal issues,” and that it could take months. Months! Yet the app still happily takes new orders without warning users that nothing is actually being processed. This feels dishonest and irresponsible. If the service is having major problems or shutting down, they should freeze orders and notify customers instead of pretending everything is normal. Right now it looks like they’re just collecting money while providing zero service. Extremely disappointing. When I finally reached out to customer service, they only then responded with a long apology saying they were experiencing a surge in orders, causing delays, and that they couldn’t even tell me when my item would be available. They also said I could cancel for a full refund if I contacted them again. In short, they sent a generic apology without any real explanation or proactive communication. If the delay was this serious, they should have reached out to me first instead of waiting until I contacted them. They even warned me when they thought an item would incur high shipping charges. I don’t understand the negative comments, they must not have read the guidelines.. To get certain Korean products I had to ask my relatives for help but now I can order and pay on my own without a Korean credit card or Korean phone number.
