### 1/5 — rubbish

*2019-12-06, version 16.2.46*

rubbish

### 1/5 — Worst app ever.

*2018-03-02, version 14.0.10*

Completely buggy. Won’t even open. Crashes before it even fully launches on screen. Customer service absolutely useless.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No longer works without internet

*2026-03-20, version 17.102.177*

Please, give me a favor - fire that person responsible for that decision to go with multi platform web-based solution. It is unusable without internet. We want a normal native app back!

### 1/5 — It’s getting worse

*2026-01-21, version 17.99.902*

The app was already quite poorly made but it’s getting worse as QR code now requires internet connection. There’s no internet in my building anywhere near around lockers so every time I need to pick up my parcels I have to move around the building to load QR code (which is basically stays the same so I guess just caching in up would be useful). Would be nice if someone who gets to decide what changes in the app was using it themselves, I bet a lot of issues apart from not cached QR code would improve.

### 1/5 — Update UX poor

*2025-11-19, version 17.99.902*

The updated app now requires internet access to open - so if such access is flaky (as it is in my building) you can often not open the app to gain access to your QR code to open the lockers. This suggests that the developers have only tested it in perfect conditions.

### 1/5 — Terrible update

*2025-11-06, version 17.99.890*

The app was already not really good, but now it got way worse. It’s has clearly performance issues, it’s very, very slow. Very poor performance and very buggy too.

### 1/5 — Worst app I have ever used

*2025-06-12, version 17.1.505*

This thing they call ”Service” is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life. Don’t use

### 1/5 — Just Don’t Bother

*2024-09-24, version 17.1.505*

I had a parcel delivered to a BringMe box. The app doesn’t work. I tried to login online… the sms code never arrives. Support don’t answer the phone.
Completely useless.

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2024-09-07, version 17.1.488*

Can’t access my messages, can’t access my code. Useless. Tried logging out, restarting, re-downloading. Nothing worked. The app is so bad.

### 1/5 — Epic fail

*2024-04-16, version 17.1.488*

On a campsite at Rudding Park in Harrogate and thought I’d try this. Downloaded the app and the Bringme box that is installed on the site is not available in the app. So I can’t use it even though I want to. The search function doesn’t work either, all it shows is loads of foreign boxes hundreds of miles away from the one right in front of me!!

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2023-10-14, version 17.1.434*

Used to work but now every time I try to download a QR code it just goes into a loop and won’t download.

Removed and reinstalled app to no avail.

QR code reader on Bringme boxes never worked and manually entering changing code is clumsy and inconvenient.

### 1/5 — Great idea but app is unworkably buggy

*2022-03-24, version 17.1.298*

Love the idea, but the app has so many bugs! Email address has additional letters inexplicably added, camera and photos won’t show, page gets stuck on entering your phone number… I’ve made four attempts and still not even been able to sign up.

## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated)

### 4/5 — Great product

*2020-06-29, version 16.2.105*

We’ve had the BringMe box in our apartment building for a few months now and after a few teething issues, now all our parcels are delivered into the box and not left by couriers on the floor etc which resulted in things going missing a lot of the time.
