They locked her in at a rate of 71$ per month that has gone up to 80$ in recent years starting in 2023. The equipment at the time was OK at best, but after the doorbell stopped working after 8 months we tried contacting support to have it fixed and they never sent anyone, even trying to charge us 20$ for travel and a additional charge for service to replace it. Because they never sent anyone we have missed out on critical legal documents that have been sent to our house and I even failed to have my wallet returned after a person who found it rung our doorbell and then left around 7 am. The quality of the footage was also to poor for police to identify who had attempted to return my wallet.
