Три недели пытаемся подключится и играть через приложение!! Никак!! Обновляли приложение!! Столько денег отдала и за поезд и еще водород и станцию!! Все надеемся что заработает!! Помогите!! Что нужно сделать???

Comment accceder au module Parental pour charger les sons de la station de réparation dans la locomotive… c’est du délire l’appli me dit d’aller dans la section parentale , pour aller dans la section parentale il faut que j’appuie sur un feu rouge 2 seconde …. Mais quel feu rouge !!!!??!!? Il n’est pas livré dans le « action tunnel deluxe a 300€! » on se retrouve donc avec une station de réparation qui ne marche pas …. Très très déçu de la marque

Merry Christmas Brio, thanks for the tears. My son was so excited to get a Dead On Arrival Smart Tech Engjne. The battery compartment does not align with the cheaply engineered plastic prong which activates the battery. I’ve tried everything, to rig it. For how much we’ve literally INVESTED in Brio World, who in the world signed off on this quality, including the APP? Get it together. Clearly I could not be any more upset at the product and design of the technology.

L’application ne permet pas de commander le train. Vu la réponse du développeur au message précédent laissé par une autre personne (changer les piles de la loco) on peut dire qu’il se moque vraiment de nous. Je confirme que l’application ne permet pas de piloter la loco

The train/app works if you have the train, this is not a game, it is just an app that connects to your train.

So umm i like it a lot but their batterys Life is so bad it's battery life last for like 3 hours but for us three hours of none stop fun!! I give it 8.7 out of 10
