Perfect signal and can’t upload a flipping picture. Never works when you need it to. Actually borderline useless. ### 1/5 — Fix it *2025-12-19* They do updates every other day that end up making the whole application worse. If you haven’t made the horrific mistake of making your employees use this god forsaken app. Please for the love of god use something else. Don’t waste your time, money or brain power on something so useless. You’d think they’d have something figured out by now but it just keeps getting worse. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-12-16* This app has a lot of potential, however in its current state it’s by far the worst app I’ve ever had to use in a regular basis. VERY slow to refresh, load, often times unresponsive to input, clunky and it crashes at least 10 times a day. All the other techs in the company I work for complain of the same things. Completely ripped off of what we were sold on. The app works for 5 minutes until it crashes for 30 minutes. I can barely use it. It takes me more time to input appointment information into this app than it does to actually service an appointment. Wouldn’t recommend this software or app to anyone looking for a halfway decent technician/scheduling software. ### 1/5 — Used to be OK, now Terrible *2024-12-23* Brio used to work OK, when using the browser version, but now barely functions and half my team can’t even get logged in. The support team is utterly useless and rude, they say to delete and redownload the app as if we haven’t tried that numerous times. Now they’re not supporting the browser version at all, only the app, and it’s terrible. Whoever is designing this must not test it at all, or they have a room temp IQ. Not to mention, our office side of things struggles as well with functions that should be easy. We are leaving for a different software as soon as we can get out of the criminal contract they lock you in. ### 1/5 — Continuous fail *2024-04-10* Brio is already an annoying app to use in the field. From desktop not horrible but mobile use especially for things like creating a new account is just atrocious. Not gonna lie, I was excited to see that an app was being built and launched. And can’t even get into it. Keep getting the URL error on log in. Not surprised. Back to using Safari ### 1/5 — Only iPhone on my team *2024-04-05* Only one on my team with an iPhone, only one who cannot get past the log in screen…..yet Safari and Google chrome will let me login just fine with the exact same credentials. I’ve done all the troubleshooting one can do.
