## What is Brisach Plus?

This application can be used on all new BRISACH stoves that are equipped with a control panel with WiFi receiver (for example: NAGANO, SOTCHI, etc.).

This technology is designed to improve operation of pellet products and allow them to be controlled using the on-board control panel or from your smartphone, thanks to WiFi technology and a connection that connects the device to the Internet.

Through this app it is easy to carry out all operations remotely like, for example, choosing the operating power, the room temperature or the ventilation power.

The very simple interface also allows you to program the thermostat, the Ecostop or all of the more advanced features, in addition to controlling the operating status of the product itself.

Le bandeau du menu en bas d'écran n'est pas visible. C'est très difficile à utiliser et pourtant indispensable. S'il vous plaît, corrigez ce gros problème. Merci

Un dimanche soir en hiver, impossible n'est pas Brisach, l'application ne fonctionne pas, mais je ne m'inquiète pas, ils vont me prévenir... à quand une ouverture en API vers d’autres solutions domotiques….

Cette application n’a jamais réellement fonctionné. Elle se déconnecte régulièrement et au final ne sert à rien. Extrêmement gênant lorsque l’on s’absente et qu’il est impossible de se connecter pour programmer un minimum de chauffage

Quand allez vous enfin mettre a jour l application ?? Pour un Poele acheté à un prix non négligeable, le faire fonctionner avec une appli aussi bas de gamme n est pas sérieux

Pour commencer l’application fonctionne bof sur IPhone. Le menu du bas qui permet de naviguer ne s’affiche pas. Donc pour trouver les fonctionnalités, c est au petit bonheur la chance … ensuite les menus ne sont pas vraiment conviviales. 
C est aussi dommage de ne pas avoir le manuel expliquant les différentes fonctionnalités… maintenant a t on d’autre choix de l’utiliser ?!?

Impossible de me connecté à mon poêle à granulé, l’application détecte bien mon appareil, mais quand je clic dessus, il m’affiche appareil non connecté. J’avais opté pour se poêle pour cette aspect pratique de la wifi qui ne fonctionne plus!!!!!

Depuis quelques temps il n’y a plus les boutons d’accès au fonctionnalité 
Je ne me sers que de l’appli pour faire fonctionner le Poele à granulé, mette en marche, modifier la température, vérifier à distance si tout est OK
La plus ne fonctionne plus, c’est il gros problème !
Les commandes que le Poele a granulé sont difficiles d’utilisation
