## What is Brisach+?

This application can be used on all new BRISACH stoves that are equipped with a control panel with WiFi receiver (for example: NAGANO, SOTCHI, etc.).

This technology is designed to improve operation of pellet products and allow them to be controlled using the on-board control panel or from your smartphone, thanks to WiFi technology and a connection that connects the device to the Internet.

Through this app it is easy to carry out all operations remotely like, for example, choosing the operating power, the room temperature or the ventilation power.

The very simple interface also allows you to program the thermostat, the Ecostop or all of the more advanced features, in addition to controlling the operating status of the product itself.

Cette app fonctionne globalement mais présente toujours des defauts de fonctionnement importants, privant de l’accès aux commandes  (le panneau de contrôle étant quasiment impossible à utiliser). Il serait temps de renforcer les serveurs. Le poêle est super mais le service digital n’est pas à la hauteur

Bon application assez simple d’utilisation beaucoup de bugs quant à la mise à jour du système.
Cependant ça reste assez accessible donc on lui pardonne, pourquoi pas une évolution de l’application réglant les problèmes de connexion et de rapidité du système

Depuis plusieurs semaines j’ai une fenêtre qui s’affiche et empêche d’accéder à certains boutons et informations.
L’affichage indique : « Attention vous êtes en train d’essayer de vous connecter au poêle via le réseau internet, mais vous n’êtes pas connecté » alors que je suis bien connecté et que j’accède au poêle à distance.
Merci d’apporter le correctif.
