## What is Brisk Timer?

Interval walking alternates brisk walking (a slightly hard pace) with slow walking in timed intervals. Brisk Timer is a dedicated timer that signals each switch automatically.

Phase changes are signaled by haptics, notifications, and voice cues. A Live Activity shows the remaining time on your lock screen—no need to touch your phone while walking outdoors.

■ Simple setup
Just set the minutes for slow and brisk walking and the number of sets, then start.

■ Record your workouts
Integrates with Apple Health to record and show steps, distance, active energy, and heart rate.

■ Apple Watch support
Start on iPhone and the workout begins on Apple Watch too, measuring your heart rate. Check the remaining time and phase right on your wrist.

■ See your progress with Trends (Premium)
Daily, weekly, and monthly charts show how your count, distance, calories, heart-rate range, and VO2 max change over time.

■ Privacy first
No ads. Health data is processed on your device and is never sent to any external server or shared with third parties.
