However, in execution the app can be pretty frustrating to use. Any IT firms could have fix the schools issue in days and it’s been months and things are not working. App doesn’t synchronized with current enrolled courses. It has me currently enrolled in classes that were dropped before the beginning of the semester. It has many notifications and doesn’t allow you to clear them so you know what to read. Overall BCC has failed its students. ### 1/5 — Awful *2019-08-07, version 4.3.45* App crashes constantly. This is a joke for a state funded “higher high” facility. It then tells my my session is expired (??) so I log in again, different error this time. Finally I get in by logging in a third time even though I’ve been putting in the same info every time. I try to go to eLearning from the app. Asks to log in again. I log in, another expired session notification. I try to log in yet again, and this time the login button DOESNT EVEN WORK. This app is a complete mess and borderline unusable. It needs major improvements. ### 1/5 — Annoying *2019-03-27, version 4.3.45* My app says I have 25 notifications, when I open it, it says 25 in my ‘feed’ and ‘course’ when I got into those there is nothing there I deleted everything in my feed and marked everything as read in my course and yet it still says 25. ### 1/5 — Why even have an app if it doesn’t work *2019-02-27, version 4.3.44* Title says it all. The app genuinely just does not work a lot of the time. Straight up just takes up space on my phone. Typing in the website every time on safari is faster. Therefore, you can’t rely on the App to provide the important announcement information and need to use the Outlook App to be sure you receive the information on time to avoid missing class cancellations or location changes.
