Can’t even log in to the app! Uninstalled and reinstalled. Can’t pay through website either. Call yourselves a professional company. Sort it out!!!

App doesn’t send verification pin, they advertise the app on their paperwork but it doesn’t work. Joke of a company anyway, bully boys who run off scared when you face them at the door and cry ‘I’ll call the police’.... for what? Have no real powers apart from sending stupid emails and letters. Crap their pants on the doorstep! Even two blokes visited and all they could do is hand me paperwork. ADVICE: do not let them in to your property, if you have a car park it a good 5 min walk away. They are way too lazy to find it. 😂😂😂

That last one worked just fine, this new update doesn’t work at all.
 log in fine but then asked for verification phone number so add it in and send pin nothing happens, no Change in screen or to put any other information in, tried to phone about it and they gave me a pin and still no different! But if I’m late at paying you charge me!!!! some thing has to be done about this and soon, it has gone on for to long now it’s not that hard to sort out!!!

Since you have updated the app I can not log into it, you sent the 8 digit code and then it came up with error when I typed it in! Sort it out because you are not getting any more money out of me when I end up being late with payments because of your error! I do not have access to a landline and can not afford the ridiculous amount to call from a mobile! And do not have the time every month to web chat and await a call.

You can’t log in with the old app, that worked.  The new app doesn’t work and you can’t even login???

How am I suppose to log in, if you require pin code but you are not sending any? I know it's better for you if we can't get access to our accounts and can't pay on time...greedy c***s...
