## What is Brite Live?

A doctor-guided community where we come together to understand this chapter in life, to re-write what we think we know about it, and to do it differently than the generations that came before us.

Thoughts:
We never need hormones less… we just stop being able to produce enough of them! Regaining these hormones gives us all the greatest possibility of rediscovering our confidence, sleeping soundly, having our libidos reemerge, feeling our brains come back online, and all of the sorts of things you may never have associated with diminished hormone levels.  
Hormone replenishment can be so much more than a patch, or a pill: natural hormones identical to the ones your body produces.  Tracking your path and your successes is easy with this app and will help to keep you on track.
Sometimes the smallest “aha” moments change our lives forever.  A tidbit that we had heard a hundred times finally makes sense.  We designed this to clarify, simplify, and cut through all of the clutter out there. 
You might have to unlearn what you were taught about these gifts.  Think they’re unsafe?  So much of this is dispelled myth from the early two-thousands.  Think hormones are unnatural.  Really?  Is taking the hormone insulin for diabetes unnatural?  Tell that to someone in your family that’s still on this planet because of this jewel of a gift.  The hormones lost in this phase of life are just as natural and oh-so-critical.

The practical:
It’s not rocket surgery… but the little things around hormones, it turns out, make all the difference.  Taking the right amounts at the right times are key to this particular journey.  This app will help with both.
