The traffic and or cameras no longer show up. There is no contact portion to ask for assistance. **Developer response:** The cameras in the app are working fine. There is a contact button on the Settings screen, alternatively you can email me at: andy@coderun.net to explain in more detail/send me a screenshot- I am keen to help you. ### 1/5 — Useless to me! *2018-11-17* I wasted $3.12 for this app which is basically useless - no cameras are showing in my area (which is not a village!) and traffic problems are shown 80+ km away from me even though traffic in my area is constantly @ a standstill, what use is that to me?? Would never purchase this again, no idea where the positive reviews are coming from, don’t believe it! Tried contacting the developer for this app who responded to my review above - there is NO “facility” in the app where you can do that! There are “0” cameras showing in the app (I live in Vancouver) and ALL traffic updates are days and weeks old and usually 40+ kms away - they are also never current, bogus app & waste of $$$. Had to go back to my local news station app which is free and traffic issues are more accurate than this scam! **Developer response:** I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with my app. The app shows all the cameras available from British Columbia DriveBC, is there a particular one missing? The app also just shows current incidents, again as reported by DriveBC, so if they are not reporting congestion in your area than I'm afraid it won't be in the app. If you would like to discuss further please contact me via email, there is a facility in the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Defunct App *2026-03-12* You took my money even though the webcams are no longer available on your site! How do I get a refund? This is pretty useless without road cameras. Not worth the cost. Don't buy, waste of money. Deserves a zero rating **Developer response:** To access the cameras: On the 2nd tab (Map) press the camera button, this will display all the cameras on the map (you may need to zoom out depending on where on the map you are looking). Then touch one of the camera icons on the map and you will see a live video of the road. I hope this helps. ### 1/5 — No cameras showing *2021-01-25* Worked great at home, now on the road it says “no cameras showing, zoom out” and I am including the entire Greater Vancouver area. I have cellular on. All the rest of my internet is working fine. There are some negative reviews that do not reflect the apps current functionality. I appreciate the convenience of accessing DriveBC info without needing to navigate their awkward website on mobile. Well done! ### 4/5 — Kilometres please!! *2017-08-22* If this is for Canada why is it in miles instead of kilometres??? **Developer response:** Many apologies, I'm in the UK and didn't realise Canada uses KM rather than miles. Will change for the next app update. Thanks for the feedback. ### 3/5 — Ok *2023-10-20* Good traffic cam image quality. List view is just text — individual favorite cams should be better separated for clear ID. Better yet, and for the love of humanity, allow the user to manually shuffle the favorites order of appearance. Even better still, build a feature whereby favorites can be organized by customized trip name folders (eg. Nelson to Radium). That would make searching for relevant cams soooo much easier. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. You can manually change the order of your favorite traffic cameras, press the List button on the Favorites tab, then the Edit button - this allows you to drag the cameras into the order you wish. ### 2/5 — Fails to function fully *2021-01-08* Traffic does not work.
