And I’m not talking about the ones on the actual stations but on the app itself; adverts for games, gambling, just about everything you can think of. And there is no way of closing them unless you agree to open the app store in a bid to FORCE you to download another game! I am so bloody sick of these! I paid £9.99 for this app and for what? So you can keep pushing me to buy more stuff? Just checked and you have to pay a further £14.99 to get rid of the adds. Apparently. Of course there is NO notification of further “in-house purchases“ on the app before you install it, so you are further suckered into believing the £9.99 you pay upfront gets you ad-free listening. It doesn’t. Like other users, I am deleting this app. And I’ll be back to check on this review. Because if you change my one star review to a five star like you’ve done with other reviews here, I’ll damn well report you! ### 1/5 — Adverts *2026-07-28, version 3.0.0* Every time I open the app there’s an advert right across the page stopping me from selecting a station I want to listen to. Can’t get into your App to choose a station without these silly long long adverts that are of no interest to me. It continues and I will delete the App. So frustrating!!!😤😮‍💨 I have now resorted to ‘Googling’ my favourite radio stations without these silly puzzle adverts. If I was interested I would have downloaded the App by now. Have no interest in that boring, stuck, silly puzzle app. Stop trying to force people to download ‘rubbish’ that I’m not interested in. I used to work in a cybercrime fighting team and used to regularly see these… Facebook scam sellers, malware etc. Filled in multiple reports separately via google however they continually say the ads don’t go against their policies.
