We had just brought a house?? The thing never works we have to top up manually and now we can change I have to have new smart meters fitted first. I’m convinced the only reason it’s ever ‘updated’ is to erase the critical reviews of ‘old versions’. Don’t bother with a PIN, it forever asks you to renter your user name and password. When you get into it the data is either unavailable or incorrect. This is the app and the website. To name one issue, I have missed Peak Save because I’m unable to reach the page to activate or join the service.
