But this app makes no sense. I've been using it for months and I still have no idea where to find basic info, I need to tap around aimlessly until I run into it. Absences and make-ups disappear randomly. Error page comes up instead. Cannot go from one page back to the last page, it will kick me out of the app and I have to start over. All three years have been the same problem! Cant really see the upcoming scheduled class and cancellations does not show on the app. Also, to pause sessions should be something that can be easily navigated but instead they make it as difficult as possible where if you do not have the time to sit and call in, you can easily forget the pause and it keeps charging you. I really want to get through all the make up classes due to pool closures so I can cancel overall and go back to Big Blue. The level of care, patience, and encouragement they show to both the children and the parents is truly exceptional. As a first-time mom, I was nervous because my daughter was afraid of the water. From day one, the instructors met her exactly where she was. They never rushed her or pressured her. Instead, they patiently walked her through every stage, helping her overcome her fears, build confidence, and actually enjoy being in the water. Watching her grow has been incredible, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I also love how well organized the program is. One thing that really stands out to me is that while one child is receiving instruction, the others are not playing in the water. This allows the instructor to have the child’s full attention and creates a safer, more focused learning environment. I’ve seen other swim programs where children are distracted because everyone is in the pool at the same time, and the difference is noticeable. If you’re looking for a swim school that truly cares about your child’s progress, safety, and confidence, I wholeheartedly recommend British Swim School.
