They don’t make updates fast enough, photos will sometimes send or not, can’t find contacts in the search, etc. They give their attention to the CRM more than the app - but race the app as a bonus… Brivity CRM has been my go to for 3 years, great product, even overwhelming at times, but I think they do that on purpose so we hire their VAs - besides the glitches on both the CRM and App, it’s a great product but expensive for a starter agent. ### 2/5 — Outdated and doesn't work properly *2022-09-27* I like Brivity as a whole. This app is outdated and rarely works correctly... I cannot toggle between status, apply action plans, nor email from the app anymore. Texting within the app in tedious as my keyboard function often hides my text prompt... I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling... I believe the problems worsened after recent IOS software updates. ### 2/5 — Just signed up…. *2022-03-12* I just signed up for Brivity… I came from Boomtown. So far I’m super disappointed in the Mobil app. It was so important to me and my team…. I hope the app can be prioritized soon.. we won’t stay long if we can’t use a working Mobil app.. It’s very unreliable. The CRM works fine. The App however, is a piece of junk. I fail to log half my notes because I would need to go get in my computer in order to save them a majority of the time. I’m constantly having to force close the app and sign back in so that the app will access notes. At this time I can’t even crate a new task because the app just gives me the wheel of death and never responds. This is not an inexpensive program and you would expect more focus to be placed on their mobile app as so many people today are app based users. They’ve made a lot of improvements since then, but the app is still so unreliable and buggy. It constantly logs me out, won’t show client info or call/text from the app. It crashes and doesn’t save changes made to a profile. I feel like this app is still in beta testing, it has potential to be really great, but the technology just there. Using this app slows down my ability to log info in real time and I usually have to wait til I’m home or on wifi do use the desktop site on my computer. ### 1/5 — This app stinks *2021-12-04, version 4.2.0* All these 5 star reviews must be paid actors because I’m a real agent and a real human being and I can confidently say this is the worst app I’ve ever dealt with. It’s basically unusable since you can’t scroll up to access any lead or contact info.
