The app doesn’t work. App support is unresponsive

At this point can’t access items. Things don’t fit on screen. Even on my laptop I’m gaming issues. Things flash up and then disappear so you can’t click on them making me unable to do what I have to do. They need to get a fix and quick or we will be looking into something else that’s more user friendly.

Can see users, but fail to allow any modifications. On the PC it works fine. Even when going thru Chrome on the IPhone, can’t view the complete website.

App does not work properly on mobile devices. Screen size does not adjust. Most functions/pages do not load. Old account config site is much better-do not disable it! Why hide PINs from admins? We should have the ability to easily look up a PIN if the user forgot it. To reassign a PIN every time someone forgets is not realistic and adds many unnecessary steps. Please bring back the ability for admins to see the PIN.

Since the latest update,  it comes up with an error failed to load user when you click on one. Please fix this issue as it is very important to be able to get access to the users.

Overall the app is OK. However, it is baffling that an app like this would not offer audio alerts.

Anybody else getting this alert at random times throughout the day? Sounds like the access panel doesn’t communicate with their servers at times. When that happens people get a failed message and are not able to get the doors to unlock. Usually the problem goes away in a matter of a minute or two, but that is a long time when you’re standing outside a door unable to get in.

Granted the mobile app has limited functionality compared to the web UI, the mobile app update it leaps and bounds better than its predecessor. The drop down menu makes it easy to locate a campus rather than the poorly designed swipe method (which always started at “A”) previously in place. 

I do agree, the admin should be able to see the PIN. A few other features would be great for the next update, but this is far better than it was.
