She looked at me as if I was a thief over $.01 and made me break a dollar. It was insulting being that the night before I came in and spent $90 to feed my family. The pizzas are consistently great and the dough is just right. Our waiter, Penn, was attentive and fun. Everything was great from the hostess who quickly accommodated our need for a low top table to the wait staff, including the guys that brought over our food. You are hurting your customers with this crew. Login experience is complicated and unnecessary. I should not need a password to order pizza. Add checkout as guest. Also use modern auth. Plug into PayPal, Apple Pay, google pay, anything. I’ve emailed support, I’ve reached out on social media, and I’ve received zero support. I will continue to order from somewhere else before I call to order a pizza. I can do everything except pay, even though my cc is saved. It has something to do with applying rewards. For a pizza joint that makes no sense. Pick up times, why have pick up times if you pick them then says not available. Also website has ! I can’t even see what I’m typing on the app! ### 1/5 — Can store credit but not gift cards *2022-12-30, version 9.11.3* If the app can encrypt my Visa, why can’t it save and store gift cards? I shouldn’t have to wait to place an order to add a gift card for payment. I can understand providing marketing data (email and phone) to get a coupon. Why a credit card? This lost my trust a bit. I then tried to build my own pizza and found out that isn’t an option at all, nor can I add anything simple to an existing pizza. I then was told that the available time was “unknown”. I was then told that the credit card was invalid, but upon another attempt it worked. There’s no way to add a saved credit card unless you order takeout and no way to scan a loyalty QR code so you can’t earn points unless you order takeout to get a card saved. Not only that, you have to spend $700 to earn a free pizza. Dumb!
