It’s constantly losing functionality in that I cannot access voicemail or even the dial pad, as if those buttons don’t work. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times, only to have it work one time and then lose functionality again. Often it does not ring properly and goes to voicemail almost immediately. If I pick up the call on another device it continues ringing on my phone. ### 1/5 — Not good *2020-09-25, version 3.9.13* Rings late. Keeps ringing after someone else answers the call. Drops calls. Sometimes starts randomly playing voicemails. ### 1/5 — Frustrating at best! *2020-09-17, version 3.9.13* I have been using this app since March. 1) It doesn’t ring simultaneously to the desk phone. Typically, incoming calls ring 2x before the app starts ringing. 2) There’s a lag time between when I answer and when the caller can hear me. 3) It’s awkward to transfer calls for two reasons: it’s cumbersome to find the transferee and the caller can still hear everything you do while you are making the transfer. 4) When calls are answered on another device, they continue to ring on the phone app. This is a fairly recent, but extremely intolerable problem. Oftentimes this ends after ~4 unnecessary rings on the app, but (and I kid you not about this!) yesterday it rang a good 5 minutes on the app after a call had been answered and completed on another device. When you are working remotely you can’t tell that this is a “dead” call so it ends up being a distraction and waste of time to deal with it. ### 1/5 — Constant dropped calls *2020-09-17, version 3.9.13* This app is horrible. Around 50% of my calls drop either mid transfer or within the first 15 seconds. Or they ring only once and say “missed call” I know it’s not my phone or service because I make hour long personal calls daily. Would never recommend this app. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2020-09-16* Put simply it doesn’t work. We had a great system and then our it provider switched us over to this three weeks ago. After many hours of it trying to fix, it still won’t ring on my iPhone and when I try to answer it on my laptop it it either cancels they call or no one can hear anyone. We have had nothing but problems for all the users that have it setup on their phones. You’ll answer a phone call but it doesn’t actually pick up and then all of a sudden you have a voicemail from the person. People have a hard time hearing you and calls drop frequently. If we had a better choice we would look for it. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2020-06-12, version 3.9.11* I’m having issues with dropped calls, going straight to voicemail instead of ringing the line first, issues signing in/out, and even calls going straight through to my direct line when they shouldn’t. There is no clear way to transfer calls. Some of the main lines that callers should be going to don’t work. & lately spoof or scam calls are coming in. Even to my direct line. The app is calling ppl and these ppl return the call saying we called them when that is not the case. Also when the app is on do not disturb still directs calls to you. Extremely frustrating. Going with this app and CBTS was the worst decision we’ve made. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2022-05-18, version 3.9.26* We were given this service thru CSpire for our business. It does not work. Calls are missed, dropped, and it is constantly signing you out, then you face difficulties signing back in. I’m the meanwhile you loose business. This will put the little guy out of business. Many times, the solutions CApire offer do not work, either. Find someone else! ### 1/5 — Stopped working and now won’t login *2022-04-16, version 3.9.26* When I first installed this on my iPhone XS, it worked fine. I could check messages directly on the app and call people back from the VoIP number. I found it very useful during these work from home times. After a few months, however, it abruptly logged me out. Since then, I have been unable to use the app. I followed the same instructions as I did initially to re-login. Frustratingly, all I receive is an error message. Compounding my frustration is the inconsistency. The same credentials work just fine on my desktop app. Try as I might, I cannot get it to resume functionality on my iPhone. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly and unstable *2022-02-18, version 3.9.26* Too bad my company chose to use this. The concept would be great but it only works a portion of the time. The login screen has a bright white background with pale blue font on tiny characters which makes it nearly impossible to see when you’re trying to login. It certainly does not work properly and the support advises they can’t help if it’s network issues. I started strictly using LTE and it still has issues. I cannot transfer ANY calls and most drop. If our VoIP provider doesn’t have any other options, we will cancel our service and try another route. I have no idea how people are rating this app more than one or no stars. ### 1/5 — AWFUL App!!! *2020-11-14, version 3.9.15* We switched VOIP providers and are now required to use this app on mobile devices. This app is AWFUL!!! Will not even let us log in half the time and is very limited in its capabilities compared to our previous providers app even when it is working. There has to be a better option than this app. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Does its job! *2022-07-06, version 3.9.26* This app does what it needs to do, it makes calls easily and as long as you have decent connection you should be good to go. I use it on an iPhone 11 with mobile data and I haven’t had any issues, except for not being able to keep the call on speaker for the whole duration of the call. Would be excellent if I could pick my Home Screen from the available options. Kinda painful to always open to messages screen, select dial pad from the menu screen, make a call and return to the message screen upon disconnect. Every call shouldn’t need menu plus dial pad taps to initiate. Just leave me where I was or let me pick my Home Screen.
