I created my account and logged in once. Now when trying to log in it takes me to a screen that shows my username and says the last time I logged in with this username.

I can’t create an account, I have everything filled in and it says “no qualifying support found” I hit Help- and I fill out a report ticket for help- it says the “to email” address must be filed in. There is no “to email address” section and even if there was, how would I know your email. This is for app support not for a case worker . Please fix the app so we can claim our injury incidents. This has been taking so long as it is.

I’ve emailed and called my case worker…….nothing! No contact at all! Been on workers comp for three months now, fixing to have surgery March 2nd 2023 and haven’t heard from anyone. Don’t bother with the app, useless!!!
