I would like the ability to get text notifications about maintenance and other updates as my wife is blind and as the physical paper notifications are not readable by her. Like the maintenance nearby that is creating a boil water notice was completely unknown to her. Did not accept my established password. Forgot password link does not work; it is static. Did the security code option via email. Consider changing that to text message which is much more convenient. Just wondering why the default background is black. Was able to change it in settings. Tiles on home page for Help and Enrol in benefits don’t work.
