### 1/5 — Zero stars if I could.

*2026-05-11*

I bought my tickets on Ticketmaster. Why do I need to download another app to access them? And why isn’t there a “tickets” tab. Why do I have to google how to find my tickets in this app. Then after creating an account, it authenticates back to Ticketmaster anyway. Immediately deleting after saving the tickets to my wallet.

### 1/5 — Unbelievably stupid

*2026-05-08*

Where are my damn tickets? They used to be in Ticketmaster and now Ticketmaster makes me download a new app with ZERO user interface that says “TICKETS”. Get real. What a hunk of junk!

### 1/5 — This is not working

*2026-03-21*

Can’t find my tickets. This is making me crazy. Two thumbs down.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-03-06*

In order to transfer tickets it says to download this app. This app has nothing to do with transferring your tickets. It is garbage to advertise events and wanting you to share pictures.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-01-19*

Ticketmaster takes me to the app and it won’t log in. I can log in on my laptop no problem on line but on my phone it won’t recognize my email or password. Keeps wanting me to reset my password. Terrible and useless app.

### 1/5 — Worst experience

*2025-11-18*

This mobile app or web browser on desktop is probably one of the most clunkiest experiences I’ve ever used. Nothing is what it’s supped to be. Connection is in consistent. even though this is a mobile web app, it is not consistent. Can’t see tickets on app or desktop. No barcodes. Signing in is such an ordeal. Going here redirecting you to another place. Connecting with ticket master is even more of a headache. Had to call in customer service to get my barcode tickets sent to me via text. And calling their customer service isn’t helpful as they are working off of some sort of handbook and it’s not matching what I see.

### 1/5 — Can’t be bothered ever again

*2025-09-07*

Worst app ever. Create an account for tickets, no obvious ticket button. If you manage to find it you still have to log into Ticketmaster. And their FAQ on how to download your tickets is inaccurate and missing a step. I literally can’t be bothered to purchase tickets again until the process is streamlined. Literally one of the worst apps I’ve ever used.

### 1/5 — Stop Trolling Me - No ticket function

*2025-08-05*

I build mobile apps for a living and if tickets are in this app they sure hid them well, I’m getting email after email telling me to use the app to get my tickets but they are nowhere to be found.

### 1/5 — Not Really Across Canada

*2025-07-14*

I downloaded this to keep up with shows in Montreal & Ottawa and they only feature 3 cities! 1 in BC & 2 in AB!
Why call yourself Across Canada, if only 2 Provinces are available?!
Please correct this, otherwise sadly this is a useless app!

### 1/5 — No option to add to apple wallet

*2025-05-14*

What is the point of this app if you can’t download your tickets to apple wallet from the app? That is literally what this app is for and it does not have the option allowing a user to do that. Absolute and complete waste of time and would rank negative stars if such a thing were possible.

### 1/5 — Where are my effing tickets

*2025-01-23*

I don’t know how older people are able to get their tickets because I consider myself to be somewhat tech savvy and for the life of me it’s a struggle to find my tickets for the show. Between this app, ticket master and the venue .
When I do find them, there is no method to add them to my apple wallet (the icon does not appear under the ticket like on the instructions ) and printed barcodes are not accepted. So arrive to the show and have to go through three places to try to find them again . The box office is lined up with older people who can’t locate their tickets in this convoluted madness

### 1/5 — Completely useless

*2025-01-16*

App won’t allow me to log into my account. Checked sign-in details multiple times and still no access. Not sure how to get my tickets now, as I can take my computer to the show!

### 1/5 — Can’t log in using Ticketmaster

*2025-01-09, version 4.9.0*

I’ve always used my Ticketmaster account to log in on a browser. Turns out I can’t with this app. Using my Ticketmaster credentials doesn’t work either.

I shouldn’t have to download an app and jump thru this many hoops just to get my subscription tickets.

### 1/5 — Unneeded and un functional

*2025-01-08, version 4.9.0*

Not only is the app not needed it just won't work

### 1/5 — Worst App Ever

*2025-01-05, version 4.9.0*

I can’t access my tickets. All I get is an error message. Get rid of this app and make tickets available through Apple Wallet or Ticketmaster again. How will I see the show I paid for this week? Any thoughts.

### 1/5 — Horrendous Experience, Unnecessary App

*2024-11-17, version 4.9.0*

This app is a security risk since you can’t paste a password when creating your account, or even view the password you’ve typed. That means that you can’t use a password manager or even make sure you didn’t typo your password. I ended up having to use an insecure password so that I’d have some chance of entering it correctly.

They’re already using Ticketmaster in the background, so please at least give us the option of just using them (bad as they are).

Actually using the app once you’re signed in is just as bad. It’s not at all obvious where to find your tickets for upcoming events. It turns out they’re buried under “Venue -> City Name”, not on the “Home” tab. If you’re going to force people to use an app to access tickets, at the very least the tickets should be front and centre when you open the thing.

This was so frustrating that I’m going to avoid any events that require this app in the future if at all possible. As soon as the event is over this app and account are gone.

Broadway, please have another look at the design of this thing. Adding friction to the experience isn’t helpful, especially when venues already struggle to attract people.

### 1/5 — Not all companies need an app

*2024-04-03*

Remember the good old days when you’d buy tickets to a show online and they’d just email them to you? Why did we stop doing that?

Then they made it slightly more inconvenient by forcing you to log onto Ticketmaster to download your tickets to your phone. Annoying, but not awful.

And now I had to download an entirely new app for the one or two Broadway shows I’m going to see in my city this year. Create a whole new account with no autofill to help me out. Search for the tickets because of course they wouldn’t be somewhere intuitive like under a heading called “tickets” but rather a roundabout way by first going to “venues.” And then, once I finally freaking get there, I then have to sign in through Ticketmaster anyway. And again, because I couldn’t just do this through my web browser but have to go through this inane app, my password wasn’t stored and had to be reset.

A good ten minutes of painfully typing and trying to get this to work - not to mention the 3 or so emails I’ve been sent in the last week - all to get some tickets.

Why are we over complicating things? Who is the marketing exec you hired that convinced you that your patrons wanted an app? We absolutely do not.

Horrible user experience. Please stop trying to force apps on us. Just make it easy to see shows. Take all the money you poured into this and use it to make theatre more affordable.

### 1/5 — Amazingly bad

*2024-03-28, version 4.8.0*

It’s amazing this app was updated a day ago, yet they still haven’t bothered to fix the #1 biggest issue that everyone here has been complaining about for a year… you can’t log in! I mean, logging in to manage your tickets is kinda the whole point of the app. Without that, it’s beyond useless. Is anyone even reading the feedback here? Pay attention. Do better!

### 1/5 — Never works

*2024-03-19, version 4.7.10*

This app is so buggy there’s no point in using it for your tickets. I can view all my performance tickets on web just fine but as soon as I log into the app suddenly they’re not available.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Why have you done this?

*2026-07-27*

Instead of receiving a link in an email that takes me directly to my tickets (which I can then save easily to my phone), this forces me to download a new app, make an account for it, then search for my tickets (by location for some reason), then log in through ticketmaster as well, just to access my tickets. Inconvenient, useless and a waste of money. You have made the experience more complicated and frustrating for your customers. Invest the money you would spend on this on improving the theatre or making tickets cheaper.

### 1/5 — Worst App Ever

*2026-07-14*

This app never works.

### 1/5 — Figure it out already

*2026-05-30*

Their app is paired with Ticketmaster and boy it is paired poorly. A waste of space on the internet and should just be Ticketmaster. So many glitches and good luck downloading your tickets to your wallet. Won’t save passwords so be sure to literally write them down. Such a joke! Been a season ticket holder for two years now and am forced to deal with a terrible app. Fix it or drop it

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2026-05-26*

I used my exact login info for Broadway Across Canada and couldn’t login. When I did “forgot password” it said the account didn’t exist (even though it does on desktop). When I finally logged in (after having to create a new account) there was nowhere to actually view my tickets. What a waste of time - so much for “a convenient and flexible way to access tickets”. It’s criminal that this app is the only way to access our tickets.

### 1/5 — Absolutely USELESS

*2026-05-23*

Can’t access my tickets. They don’t show in the app. There’s not even a place on the app FOR tickets.

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time

*2026-05-22*

In this age of technology there is no excuse to have this pathetic of a platform. You make Canada look like a joke.

### 1/5 — Can’t Log In

*2026-05-19*

Doesn’t seem to work. Routes to app via Ticketmaster and then won’t recognize login. Cannot access tickets.

### 1/5 — Why?

*2026-05-18*

Why do I need yet another app for something I need to access once a year at most? And why do you make it impossible to even find the tickets? Just email me the tickets, good grief.

### 1/5 — Tickets don’t show

*2026-05-17*

The app doesn’t show my tickets or even show I’m a subscriber but I also can’t access my tickets through Ticketmaster anymore … so it feels pointless needing all these apps when I still have to figure out how to get my tickets through the website

### 1/5 — Frustrating - 0 stars

*2026-05-16*

To access tickets you have to select venues tab, then select city you are in, then finally your tickets will show up. Why isn’t there a button on the main screen that says TICKETS?? Three steps to find your show tickets is ludicrous. This is the function that 100% of people using the app are looking for and should be accessible on the initial screen and any page that you are on at any time.

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Theatre going made easy!

*2023-01-31, version 4.2.1*

Great way to view all my shows, and manage my tickets!

### 2/5 — Additional Functions Do Not Work

*2026-07-05*

App is basic. Allows you to access tickets but beyond that it is unusable. There are additional ticket actions offered, but they do not work. Functionality is poor. ‘Continue’ button is just for show and does nothing.
