Previous reviewer stated that you can't get it to login with the email and password you created online. It keeps on saying that it's the wrong password or wrong email and it is 100% not. Not sure what to do

This app sometimes doesn’t recognize my email when signing in, even though the theater uses it to send me stuff.  The embedded security doesn’t always work, making it really frustrating.  When I tried to access ticket exchange, it doesn’t highlight and allow me to exchange- just sell or transfer.  Not intuitive.  And seat selection is hard to see after you’ve finally spent t8me selecting them- it’s not easy to figure out how to actually finish the transaction.  Not a great web site.
