Ticketmaster is the app we wish we did not have. Now I need to install one more just to see the show. UI is poorly designed. Thanks for at least having auth via Ticketmaster. Why did I need to press all these extra buttons? No reason. 0 out of 5. ### 1/5 — Is there a way to give 0 stars? *2025-02-24* I hardly write reviews for apps but I loathe this app so much that I had to leave behind a review. I Can’t download onto wallet unless I use my Apple id for the app. What if I have circumstances that doesn’t allow me to do this? I also can’t transfer to others in group. I can’t screenshot the tickets ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-01-09* It cannot connect to my Ticketmaster account even though my account connects just fine on the web. It’s useless so there’s no point in having this app. It does not work. ### 1/5 — “Data couldn’t be read” *2024-07-25* App isn’t working and won’t allow me access to my season tickets. This is really frustrating, please fix this! ### 2/5 — App doesn’t update *2024-06-10* When you log in it says incorrect format. You have to delete and redownload the app to update it. This has been going on for ages and it’s quite frustrating. ### 3/5 — Very buggy *2024-04-01* When I click access my tickets an error pops up saying it's in the incorrect format. Please look in to this. ### 1/5 — Can’t do easy transfers or exchanges *2021-12-31* Options to transfer tickets to another account are locked before the show (so no transferring to a friend if one of you is running late).
