You cannot even see the schedule of shows on the app unless you sign up to be on their spam mailing list. ### 1/5 — So glitchy and slow *2025-05-22* So frustrating when you are looking to exchange tickets and it takes you all the way back out to the start screen. ### 1/5 — Will not open *2025-02-13* Season ticket holder and yet can’t access my ticket do to an error every time. Ticketmaster says it’s not their issue. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app but continue having the same problem. ### 2/5 — Downloading to wallet doesn’t work *2023-05-15* I can log on to Ticketmasters and Logon to Broadway Dallas with the same credentials but when I try to go to my tickets, it fails saying check internet connection and try again later. It seems like I have trouble almost every time I try to get my tickets to my wallet.
