Unbelievably bad app. It is a shame to even give it one star. You cannot even see the schedule of shows on the app unless you sign up to be on their spam mailing list.

Season ticket holder and yet can’t access my ticket do to an error every time. Absolutely the worst app I have.

The link between Broadway Dallas and Ticketmaster isn’t working so the tickets I paid $400 for can’t be accessed. Ticketmaster says it’s not their issue. So frustrating to see this is apparently an ongoing issue that has yet to be fixed.

144mb? Has anyone looked at this app? Bass Performance Hall app is 1/3rd the size of this app! Same with AA Center app. Totally unoptimized.

Each time I try accessing my tickets, the app asks me to re-login into my account or just pop an “error try again” message. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app but continue having the same problem.

I can log on to Ticketmasters and Logon to Broadway Dallas with the same credentials but when I try to go to my tickets, it fails saying check internet connection and try again later. It seems like I have trouble almost every time I try to get my tickets to my wallet. VERY frustrating!

I was able to access my tickets and add them to my Apple wallet no problem. Past issues seem to be in the past.
