It’s been great in years past, but now it just says it won’t load because it’s in the wrong format everything has to be done on the computer and I have to go to the box office on the day of the show to print my tickets. Please fix! ### 1/5 — Cannot Access Tickets on 4.4.x *2024-05-12* This app is the reason I haven’t purchased next season’s shows yet. The app had been great for seeing all my Pantages shows in one place. It also made adding tickets to my wallet, and therefore entry into the theatre with kids or seniors, streamlined and simple. And now I can’t access my tickets. The titles are on the home screen, but they don’t even show how many tickets were purchased. Now I have to bring my father and his walker to the shows 30-45 minutes earlier to reprint tickets. It’s exhausting for him to walk all the way from the car, then wait in line. I did manage to login through the my account link, but why aren’t these the same? When I tried to load my tickets to my apple wallet, I got gobbledygook. This time after several tries at logging in, I tried forgot my password. Then it wouldn’t recognize my email. And yes, I reviewed it to make sure there was no typo. Finally I decided to go online. I got in easily online and was able to download my tickets. Always forced to log in from one of my other apps, like Facebook or ticket master. It can also be difficult to navigate from time to time to find the Hollywood specific information. Not sure why it’s advertised as Hollywood, but so much of New York’s information is present. I wish the information like the lotteries could just be done on their website instead of the app. ### 1/5 — “working with ticket to resolve the issue” *2024-10-08* Contacted support and tried their work around and none worked. Support mentioned that they’ve been working with Ticketmaster to resolve the issue but the reviews for this issue goes back a year so makes me think nothing is actually getting resolved. You can’t retrieve your ticket via the BiH website either because it’s the same integration. It goes through Ticketmaster so I guess something about the two apps aren’t cross communicating well. ### 2/5 — No longer works for 23-24 season *2023-09-03* I’ve used this for a few years without issue. The recent release seems to have busted the Ticketmaster integration.
