This app sucks.  Half the time I can’t get into my account except to download my tickets.  I can never figure out how to get into my actual Saenger acct to check the credit card, etc..   I hate their system & it is extremely confusing.

This is the worst app I have on my phone. I’m unable to download the tickets to apple wallet. I also don’t have the ability to sell tickets back that I can’t use. Completely pointless.

This app only works about 50% of the time.  Various error messages are displayed and the user cannot access their tickets.  Removing the app and downloading the app again does nothing.  Completely unreliable method to access tickets.

Solution to problems is to delete and redownload app. Only app worse is Le Pass.

I have attempted to view and download my tickets for multiples shows as a season ticket holder. Every time I click to do so, “something went wrong” appears on the screen where my tickets should be. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, coupled with completely restarting my phone. I did not have this much trouble accessing my tickets with the old app. This current app has been a major inconvenience on my Broadway experience.
