Nothing works right, it is not user friendly, not intuitive, doesn’t allow for tickets into Apple Wallet anymore (STUPID), and is nothing but a headache. ### 1/5 — Awful Application *2023-12-08* This app is so buggy to the point where it is unusable. I haven’t able to download my mobile tickets in months. Numerous app updates later and it’s still not fixed. I have tried everything to link my tickets which used to be extremely simple. I now have to go to the link on my account and download them because the links on this app are worthless. They’re trying to link Ticketmaster to Dr Phillips Center and it just doesn’t work. No info here or on app on how to remedy this ### 1/5 — they broke the login *2023-01-05* Used to be able to login with email/password. No longer works. So I have no access to my tickets. By showtime they had disappeared from wallet and I had to scramble to find them for admission to the theater. Tested it later, put in wallet and they disappear within an hour. Go back to app, retry. Happens repeatedly ### 1/5 — Cannot Use *2022-04-01* I can’t login to the app, it’s useless. I have to go chrome, login and add my tickets to my wallet. ### 2/5 — Links failed, images improperly displayed *2021-10-27* It seemed this app was rushed to release. The Ticketmaster connection to see my tickets fails with an error message 418 - not authorized. Also under tickets, the images of the shows are not displayed correctly.
