The advertising is a complete lie. I was offered a seven day free trial with the option to pay $199 for the whole year. Great we are a family of theatre lovers!

Not only were there only 4 or 5 actual broadway titles and very little else. 
When I went to active the trial my credit card was charged $299 (no free trial and $100 more than advertised. 
Going into the account, after signing up the amounts were drastically different. 
When you look for a cancellation link it says "contact Apple" luckily Apple look after customers so I got my money back. 
Otherwise there is no live customer support (just a bot who says "you can cancel for next year's billing". This app needs to be investigated and completely removed. 

Update: Received a response saying they don't offer a free trial. Not what the Amazon listing says! 
Although now when you click on the Amazon link it's no longer available, seems like they remove scammy streamers.

Don’t sign up for this. It’s ridiculously hard to cancel a subscription. Apparently once you’ve subscribed you can’t unsubscribe. Still trying to figure out how to get out of this.

I got a subscription last year and absolutely loved the wide range of musicals and ballets that were on the app/ website. When I went to look for something to watch last night I had been logged out and my password had to be changed. When I was finally able to log in the app was completely different! My favorites folder was empty and most of what I had favorited was no longer on the app, the selection is a lot smaller, and the app is more of a pain to use. 
I'm seriously reconsidering renewing next month unless something changes. $200 a year for what is currently available isn't worth it.

I have an active subscription, and every time I turn on the app it locks me out, then I have to log back in and then it tells me I don’t have a subscription that’s active. I reached out to Customer Service and they said that was because I first subscribe through Apple, and then I have to cancel that subscription and subscribe directly to them through their website. I did that and still having the same problems.

I was excited to download the app and watch shows like Kinky Boots and others in the promo. Sadly, I saw that they were nowhere to be seen. If you’re going to promo your shoes, make sure they stay in your platform.

Seriously, not worth it.

PS: Sad to see that the issues in the reviews haven’t been taken in consideration since I experienced most of the problems mentioned in reviews from 5 years ago.
