UPDATE #2: Now 50 pounds down! And in less than 6 months!!! Just 3.5 pounds to go to hit my target which was not supposed to occur until Thanksgiving. Recording everything that passes my lips is a great reminder and keeps me focused on my goal!

UPDATE #1: One more month has passed and I'm now down 36.0 pounds. This app is outstanding and is helping me to achieve my target weight loss - 17.5 pounds more to go - well before I expected I would!

ORIGINAL ENTRY: I've recorded everything that has entered my mouth over the past two months and I've lost 28.5 pounds! I love every aspect of this app.

I absolutely love Broccoli AI because it got my eating back an track to lose the weight I have been trying to lose for over a year. Very simple and great format for the app. Lots of information to help balance your calorie intake and to help you make smart choices when eating.

This is a great app to keep track of your daily activities. I've lost 35 lbs in three months and I tracked it all the way. Definitely worth the download.

Calorie tracking is a doddle  with this app and its huge database of food. There is far more functionality than I've had time to check out but so far everything is easy to use and helpful.
