Nice hollandaise, crispy bacon, tomatoes grilled? to give a really nice tomatoey flavor. This will be my new favorite. One of my issues has been slow service and having to flag someone down to get coffee refills. Not today! The server seemed to be taking care of the whole restaurant and yet able to keep track of when I needed coffee, managing the tables in a timely manner. I had never seen her before but she was amazing! There was nothing else to indicate what restaurant's wait list we'd signed up for. When we reached the restaurant, they confirmed that we were not on their waitlist at all! Apparently it really did add us to a waitlist in Yuma. I’m certainly not going to trust it in the future. ### 1/5 — Unorganized *2022-09-04* Waited after putting in name on waitlist on the Ap. Once the time on the Ap came up we checked what the wait status was with the front. Discovered that we could have seated ourselves outside and been served from there. When I originally checked in at the front when we first got there that wasn’t mentioned. We got seated inside shortly after and gave our order as soon as waitress came by to take it. It took an hour to get our food from that point. Our orders were simple and it was just three of us. Waitress didn’t apologize at all or say anything about the order possibly getting lost.
