## What is Broker2Broker?

Commercial Real Estate Brokers- Get more *lease comps* and stay on top of your lease expirations.  This is NOT a pay-for-comps scheme like the other guys.  Broker2Broker replaces the painful process you use today to scramble, find, and trade comps manually.  

With Broker2Broker:

Enter lease information with the simple iPhone app or using a web browser.
Get a warning notification when one of your leases is going to expire.
Even when you change companies, your leases travel with you.


Search for lease comps on a map and filter for the ones you want.
Trade comps with *only brokers you know and trust*.  
Accept trade requests, reject them, or counter for a better lease comp from the other broker.
Enter and *lock* a comp to track it but not trade it.
*Trust the comp data.* When you see a comp, you will know if the parameters are certified by one or both sides.   If both landlord and tenant brokers agree on the comp, it gets a gold stamp.
