The delivery of this service through the app makes it more used in this digital era. App is as good as the desktop version. Online Support was prompt and excellent. The pace is change in finance policy is extraordinary and we need tools like this. On top of lender policy and documents we now have access to relevant news - all in one handy place. I am so impressed with how quickly the search finds whatever policy/info you need, all in the palm of your hand (way quicker than waiting for that call back from a BDM!) The customisable rate table & calculators are great too.
