There’s really short word limits and no body maps. Staff need to be able to add these on the mobile version and give detail in their reports. Please fix this as it was never an issue on the last version? Still??! *2024-04-15, version 1.123* It's clear developers don't read or act on reviews given what teachers have been saying for ages. 1) Messages need act as notification alerts. Otherwise, what's the point in seeing an urgent message at the end of the school day? 2) after raising this before and 2 years later, it is STILL impossible to actually add the number of minutes late when doing a register as the keyboard gets in the way. 3) Again, where is the iPad specific app? Loads of teachers would benefit from using this app on a bigger screen. Bromcom barely works in a browser on iPad. 4) an easy method of instantly adding reward points /positive behaviour from the register would be super useful - without multiple requirements to fill in tons of data. Again obvious for an app aimed at teachers. 4) a search feature in registers and staff timetables would be really useful. In high school, teachers have multiple classes and covering teachers often need to find a variety of classes rather than lots of scrolling. When working it’s good - however, often when you’ve ‘saved’ as register it doesn’t update the main system and looks as though you haven’t saved it. I have to load the app to see if I have any messages? Why does one message system use the word save to send a message? Do you not mean send? Why does the other message system use the word proceed? Do you not mean send? Why do the bullet points on the school dinners not line up correctly? There is a bullet point at the end of a line? Why does the dinner menu jump to the top of the list every time you update a child’s option? ### 3/5 — Good app but a few things are very frustrating *2022-09-13, version 1.109* There seems to be lots of dead ends, so for example I want to contact a parent of a student in my class, I cannot just load the register and see their contact details. I cannot figure out how to see their next lesson quickly (very time wasting to go to everyone’s times tables individually and tell them what they have next, especially prevalent at the beginning of the year) ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2022-06-08, version 1.104* As a supply teacher I have used different MIS platforms. This one is really difficult. I was suddenly assigned registration of an unfamiliar class and had to scroll through the whole list of tutor groups to find it. A filter or search would be helpful. Taking the register is fiddly and takes multiple taps to complete each pupil. It then complains about missing information which isn’t easy to see on the small screen. It’s my first day using this and I can’t find how to give positive praise in the system. That should be prominent. Does it exist?
