No! App says no pickup times available all the time! *2026-03-07* It’s a clunky app. Needs improvement. This morning, it kept saying the restaurant was closed, but opened half hour later. Then it keeps saying in order could not be placed. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t work or you turn it off all the time?! But what’s most irritating is that if you try to reorder a past order or a set item from the quick menu, it automatically tacks on a $3 per item tip? Really?! Tipping is out of control. Their prices aren’t that good to begin with. It’s like having to tip at McDonald’s or Wendy’s. Pay employees what you need to and quit trying to force customers to overpay! ### 1/5 — Forced Tip!?
