I constantly have to reset my password on it. The face if never works. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-03-08* At least once a month I go to log in using the app and it is usually first thing in the morning. Having not been on the app or logged in to BFCU for a day, I am automatically not able to get in. It says contact your bank. When I call once a month I report the issue and each time the rep on the other side says I should use the web page to log in. So then what is the point of the app! ### 1/5 — Terrible app. Terrible bank. *2021-09-27* This has got to be the worst banking app out there. It is not user friendly and there are no capabilities. If you want to do anything, customer services answer was you have to go into the bank. They get to really get up to date with their technology. The app is so clunky and you can’t see any transaction in your accounts. You have to log into the website which is also a pain. The only reason we had this bank was because they financed our car through the dealership. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. We quickly refinanced our car through another bank because this is absolutely terrible. If you are looking for a reliable, up to date bank this is not the bank for you. If you are looking for a bank app with a lot of features and available options. This is not the bank for you. I would’ve given it zero stars but I had to pick something. Do not go to this bank unless you want to be in bank any time you want to get something done. ### 5/5 — Union camp brat lol *2021-08-28* Both sides of my family and friends have worked at either union camp or international paper as it is now… I saw international paper commitment to clean up and the town of Franklin🙏 looks better than it’s ever looked… Hurricane Floyd took away a lot of hopes and dreams but we kept pushing forward ✝️I am very proud to have been born in Franklin raised in the military and return to the same area… I do believe the year 2000 I could finally join bronco Federal Credit …Above and beyond amazing and awesome for each and everyone of the respectful committed employees guest and coworkers could ever possibly ask for I would rate them seven stars if I couldGod bless all the workers workingVoluntarily Amidst Covid 🪙⛅️ ### 2/5 — Face ID does not work *2021-05-06* But Face ID works fine for my other financial apps.
